  • Partnering with private capital investment through an engagement with public policy to de-risk investment to support stable, secure, and sustainable supply chains.
  • Identifying where the US is import-reliant and where the US needs to reshore production for readiness.
  • Onshoring through increasing domestic production and “friendshoring” through working with allied nations.
  • Partnering private capital investment with public money available through government loans, grants, etc.
  • Mining, permitting, and leasing policy as well as mineral separation, refinement, processing, and neo-magnet manufacturing in the United States.
