Fabian M. Vincent joins the McKeon Group as Senior Director in the International Division. Mr. Vincent brings over forty years of experience in the banking industry to The McKeon Group. He began as a teller at Nevada Savings and Loan in 1976, which led to a career in senior bank officer positions as a local and international banker with Valley Bank of Nevada; Bank of America; Pioneer Citizens Bank; Nevada State Bank; Bank of George; Plaza Bank and City National Bank. He assisted clients in obtaining SBA Government guarantee loans and successfully structured transactions for businesses in the aviation, commercial, industrial, hospitality, office and retail real estate spaces.   

Along with his banking career, Mr. Vincent used his skills as an entrepreneur with Ambiance International, a video production and marketing company, serving clients such as The Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, Nevada Development Authority, American Heart Association, Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Republican National Committee and the City of Las Vegas. He produced and directed the compilation of the video footage for the making of the $63 million Fremont Street Experience in downtown Las Vegas. His production talent has led to documentary projects in Germany and in Mallorca, Spain.

Mr. Vincent served as a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters and as a director on The State of Nevada CASA Association (for children in foster care). He has been featured in publications such as My Vegas Magazine as one of the 100 top influential men in Las Vegas, and he was listed as one of the top 10 banking advisors in the city. Fabian will be using his vast strategic center of influences along with his banking, entrepreneurial and business development skills, to acquire and consult with clients in the Global marketplace on behalf of the McKeon Group.
