David O. McKeon joins the McKeon Group as Senior Director for Business Development, bringing over twenty years of successful business experience to the firm. He focuses his talents on client development for domestic and international government relations. He is the youngest son of Chairman McKeon.
Mr. McKeon attended Brigham Young University, he studied overseas in Jerusalem, Egypt and Jordan. He was successful in his business endeavors domestically in the U.S. as well as internationally in South Korea, Hong Kong and China. His sales achievements have been featured in the New York Times and has shown an uncanny ability to achieve success for high profile individuals who have sought his skills.
Mr. McKeon served as Chairman of the Republican Party in Clark County, NV. Under his leadership, the party was successful in turning Clark County and Nevada “Red.” Republicans won all statewide offices and majorities in both the state assembly and senate, a first in Nevada history, under the slogan “win elections to win majorities.”
In 2015, Mr. McKeon was asked by the Trump campaign to welcome Mr. Donald Trump at his first presidential campaign rally in Nevada.
Mr. McKeon serves on the Board of Directors for the Keystone Corporation in Nevada. The mission of Keystone is to recruit, support and advocate for candidates for public office who support private sector job creation, low taxation, a responsible regulatory environment, and effective delivery of essential state services. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors, as Secretary, for the Las Vegas Jaycees Mobile Home Community Park, which provides affordable housing opportunities and services for senior citizens living on a fixed income.
Mr. McKeon is a former candidate for Nevada’s 3rd Congressional District in 2018.
David earned the rank of Eagle Scout and served a two-year mission in Spain as a missionary for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. David speaks Spanish fluently. He is married, has two sons, two dogs, enjoys music and loves to travel the world, creating lifetime friends.
